Should Labour lower the mansion tax threshold to £1.5m?

Treasury's floating dropping the mansion-tax floor from £2m to £1.5m — doubling the hit list to ~271k homes — and London Labour MPs are already screaming that £1.5m is just a family house. Lower it, keep £2m, or scrap the levy?
